  • part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • check invoices received against original Purchase Orders and query & resolve discrepancies
  • update Project Variation Summary, save any associated documentation
  • record project variations on Project Variation Summary; to save all associated documentation as required
  • create new project applications and update variations in preparation for the application being issued to the client
  • create a new application for each project each month, updating variations in preparation for the application being issued to the client
  • create and distribute monthly Company Financial Calendar
  • completing PPE Questionnaires and supplying relevant documentation
  • to accurately record weekly timesheet information, to calculate hours & expenses for pay and job costing purposes for PAYE and subcontract labour

Requirements

  • minimum 3 years administrative / construction project experience, preferably in an electrical business environment
  • minimum 3 years administrative / Project Management experience, preferably in an electrical business environment
  • construction admin experience
  • knowledge of electrical installation projects
  • understanding of Human Resources policies & procedures
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • understanding of Health & Safety legislation, policy and procedures
  • ability to think laterally and experience of working using own initiative
