Responsibility

  • identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and prospecting
  • build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, effectively managing the entire sales process from lead identification to contract negotiation and closing
  • conduct in-depth client needs analysis to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions
  • develop and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and sales collateral to potential customers
  • build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry influencers
  • collaborate with internal teams, including technical staff and project managers, to ensure seamless execution and successful project delivery
  • stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new market segments and business opportunities
  • achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company

Requirements

  • proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in an electronics-based industry
  • excellent networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels
  • an understanding of IT technologies and best practices
  • exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities
