  • strive to constantly achieve the highest operating standards
  • carry out preventative maintenance of all bowling equipment and lanes
  • undertake general building maintenance as instructed by the site management team
  • aim to minimise the number of breakdowns/downtime with the support of the site management team
  • ensure that when breakdowns occur action is taken to carry out efficient repairs within a timely fashion
  • you will be responsible for ensuring that all bowling equipment and lanes are maintained to a high standard. This will ensure that our customers have the best possible bowling experience when they visit us
  • inform the site management team of any major faults or lanes out of service

Responsibility

  • you must be able to work in a busy environment as part of a team and on your own
  • you will be expected to cook and serve meals meeting company standards and expectations
  • this position also involves various cleaning schedules that you will also have to undertake
  • we are looking for a bubbly outgoing individual to join our kitchen team at a local bowling alley and indoor soft play area
  • this position meets either NMW or NLW depending on candidates age
  • this is a shift based position and is predominantly evenings and weekends and also to cover sickness and holidays. Shifts are either 11am till 2/4pm and 4pm-late. The candidate MUST be able to be flexible
  • experience of working in a kitchen and basic food hygiene certificate would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given
