carry out preventative maintenance of all bowling equipment and lanes
undertake general building maintenance as instructed by the site management team
aim to minimise the number of breakdowns/downtime with the support of the site management team
ensure that when breakdowns occur action is taken to carry out efficient repairs within a timely fashion
you will be responsible for ensuring that all bowling equipment and lanes are maintained to a high standard. This will ensure that our customers have the best possible bowling experience when they visit us
inform the site management team of any major faults or lanes out of service

you must be able to work in a busy environment as part of a team and on your own
you will be expected to cook and serve meals meeting company standards and expectations
this position also involves various cleaning schedules that you will also have to undertake
we are looking for a bubbly outgoing individual to join our kitchen team at a local bowling alley and indoor soft play area
this position meets either NMW or NLW depending on candidates age
this is a shift based position and is predominantly evenings and weekends and also to cover sickness and holidays. Shifts are either 11am till 2/4pm and 4pm-late. The candidate MUST be able to be flexible
experience of working in a kitchen and basic food hygiene certificate would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given
