Responsibility
- provide 3rd-line support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving network issues
- work on projects to improve our network infrastructure, including designing, implementing, and maintaining network devices
- stay up-to-date on the latest networking technologies and trends
- document network configurations and procedures
- work with other members of the team to provide a high level of customer service
- work with the Sales Team/Account Team on presales
- attending client sites when needed for projects and troubleshooting
Requirements
- experience working with Azure, Fortinet, and Ubiquiti
- strong understanding of networking concepts and technologies
- excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- 5+ years of experience in network support
