Responsibility

  • this is an exciting opportunity to join a busy, well established, plumbing, gas and maintenance business
  • office hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm OR 8am - 4pm
  • 21 days holiday plus Bank holidays
  • you will be responsible for obtaining and quoting for maintenance jobs in the London area, full training will be given
  • liasing with our operatives regarding daily diary events
  • you will be a key part of the team and will be responsible managing all necessary office admin to enable a seamless experience for our client portfolio and operatives
  • ad hoc admin duties as required
  • the role includes management of the operatives diaries. You will be booking in appointments and following up all jobs from until completion to ensure smooth operation
