Supported Living Manager - 16plus Gloucester
We are looking for an experienced supported living manager to join our wonderful team. We pride ourselves on bringing a fresh approach to supporting young people through a well established Gloucester based service. Our experienced staff work with Children and Young Peoples services providing young people with individualised support for those who have experienced trauma in early years.Our organisational Purpose is to create a stable journey to independence for young people, by having fun, supporting development, ensuring safety and building trust and we need a leader to support this ethos.You will have at least 2 years management experience and a history of working with children or young people. This post requires a level 5 health and social care (or equivalent). This includes day-to-day line management duties, maintaining and forming excellent relationships with health and social care professionals, families’, landlords and other internal or external stakeholders / partners. The post holder will be responsible for managing all aspects of running the homes, for medium to long term planned placements (emergency short-term placements are also occasionally accommodated).As a growing company we are able to provide lots of opportunity for progression to our employees.
