- greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner, scan tickets and allocate festival cups
- scanning tickets and working on gate
- take and serve drink orders accurately and efficiently, allocate and seat table reservations
- prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies
- adhere to all safety and health regulations
- provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- maintain site cleanliness - help with bins, litter picking
Requirements
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- strong knowledge of different types of beverages and their preparation methods
- attention to detail for accurately taking orders and serving drinks
- ability to work well within a team
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions on door
