- head Pastry Chef
- A new role within an existing venue to create and operate a pastry concept that could be scaled into other locations. Potential business partnership and equity on offer for the right candidate
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- previous experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role in a restaurant setting is preferred
- strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality pastries
- attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- excellent time management skills to meet production schedules and deadlines
- flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant
