Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field, or proven experience in franchise operations management
- ability to travel as needed
Responsibility
- drive the operations strategy, it’s implementation, and evaluation in line with business objectives
- effectively assist and support franchisees to achieve sales and customer growth, operational objectives, financial results, and development targets
- perform daily, weekly, and monthly financial and performance analysis for each location, in conjunction with KPI metrics
- improve business profitability through attainable business plans and manage performance accordingly. Ensure targets are achieved and costs are controlled
- lead the franchise development strategy, including the planning and execution of store openings, set up, training, launch, and continuous monitoring and evaluations after launch
- ensure the team is fully resourced and trained with clear guidelines to their own job responsibilities and measured outcomes
- promote the highest standards of customer service and experience, ensuring brand image and quality standards are maintained within all aspects of the business while being compliant with all company policies and legal and regulatory requirements
- ensure all store managers adhere fully to operational standards, encompassing both brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
