  • to carrying out supervisions and performance reviews for your team members
  • attend and Chair Meetings

Requirements

  • hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification or higher
  • paediatric first aid certificate
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • sound knowledge of health and safety and children's development
  • ability to develop effective relationships with colleagues, parents and outside agencies
  • A sound knowledge of Safeguarding procedures
  • the ability to prioritise, plan and organise workload accordingly
  • knowledge of the Ofsted inspection framework
