Responsibility
- we are actively recruiting for a Weekend Warehouse Supervisor to Join our clients existing team based on the outskirts of Doncaster
- to assist the Team Leader in maintaining regular and effective communication within the team and participate or lead in daily briefings

- deal with customer complaints and incidents effectively and in a timely manner, escalating to the Team Leader as and when needed
- to support in creating a customer focused working environment within the warehouse which reflects full, flexible co-operation from the team within the business
- maintain a positive atmosphere within the warehouse with employees, encouraging the teams to take pride in their work and focus on delivering high levels of customer service
- to assist the Team Leader record occasions of poor timekeeping / absence for the team by completing the timesheets ready for the authorising Manager to approve. To support with all new starter paperwork, liaising with HR and Payroll when required
- support the Team Leader to effectively manage holidays, agency requirements and sickness to ensure staffing levels are sufficient to manage the day’s work
