  • you need to be immediately available, keen to hit the ground running and make an impact
  • immediate requirement for an experienced recruiter to join our team and manage recruitment needs for one of our clients across productive and call centre roles
  • minimum contract length is 3 months
  • you will work on vacancies from the point of taking the brief from managers to sourcing candidates and managing the candidate experience
  • through your sourcing activities and conversations you will work to fill current recruitment needs whilst also building a talent pool for the future
  • you will need experience working in a volume recruitment role, in house or as an RPO with an agency and have previous experience of direct sourcing
