Responsibility
design, build, and maintain in-house plant machinery and equipment
perform welding and mechanical maintenance on a variety of machinery
ensure effective operation of systems, including conveyors, motors, and industrial equipment
carry out routine maintenance, oiling, and greasing of plant machinery
troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
work with basic tools and measurement systems
contribute to the continuous improvement of plant and machinery
be an active part of a team that fosters personal and professional growth
Requirements
mechanical engineering qualification required
experience with conveyors and industrial machinery
proven mechanical experience, ideally within the recycling sector, automotive, or similar industries
exposure to IEE standards
welding experience
background in automotive, recycling or related sectors
good understanding of measurements and tool applications
ability to engage with and contribute to a progressive, investor-in-people-focused company
