Responsibility
- installing and maintaining infrastructure solutions on-premises and via the cloud
- conduct client meetings to understand project requirements
- be responsible for the delivery of Azure, M365, Server and VDI solutions
- collaborate with sales and support teams in preparation for client meetings
- provide an escalation point for 1stand 2nd line staff
Requirements
- A solid understanding of PC, Laptops & Server Technologies
- ability to demonstrate previous experience in a support role, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
- microsoft Operating Systems for Desktop and Server Platforms including Active Directory
- demonstrate a solid understanding of IT Infrastructure
- knowledge of IT, Telephony and Connectivity solutions and troubleshooting them
- experience of Cloud Based Technologies including Azure
- must be able to work on your own or effectively as part of a team
- knowledge and experience with Virtualisation Platforms including Hyper-V
