Responsibility
- provide leadership and support for residential care workers as well as the young people who reside at the home
- to maintain skills and knowledge and ensure that care is delivered according to latest guidelines and best practice evidence available
- ensure the ongoing safety of residents, staff and visitors through systematic assessment, monitoring and reviewing processes
- maintaining and approving information that is submitted either on the homes computer system or paper based
- ensure that clear and accurate records and communication systems relating to care delivery are maintained and effectively used
- managing the homes budget
- holding team meetings
- ensure that the home is maintained in accordance with Health and Safety requirements
Requirements
- previous OFSTED registration is necessary
