Responsibility
- finding and implementing new ways of driving learning impact
- researching and creating learning modules from scratch
- designing user journeys
- taking ownership of the quality of Learning Experience Design for the duration of the project
- designing and developing a suite of bespoke and impactful training programmes based on recognised theories of learning for the Development sector
- collaborating with subject matter experts to identify learning requirements, audiences, timescales and recommend the most effective delivery format and learning platform
- creating accessible learning content that’s appropriate and relevant for our different audiences
- designing digital, face-to-face and blended course content
Requirements
- at least 2 years’ experience in developing learning content and e-learning modules
- extensive digital Learning Experience Design track record
- expert user of course design tools such as Captivate or Articulate
- experience and confidence working with international clients
- strong commercial ability and awareness
- strong technical knowledge of a range of learning management systems and platforms
- experience using a range of authoring tools to build digital learning solutions
- ability to think creatively and communicate ideas in an inspiring way
