Responsibility
- manage the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices
- bank reconciliation
- invoice allocations
- monitor and track outstanding balances, following up with customers to collect payments
- investigate and resolve any billing or payment discrepancies
- maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and communications
- debt collection - this will be your primary focus for the FTC, helping us reclaim outstanding debts from current and previous clients
- collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries or concerns
Requirements
- minimum of 5 years experience in credit control
- minimum 3 years experience collecting debts
- proven track record of sucesful debt collection tactics
- confident handling debt collection processes and working with external agencies to
- credit control: 3 years
- debt collection: 3 years
