Responsibility

  • provide first-level technical support, including diagnosing and resolving user problems pertaining to the company’s network
  • maintain, troubleshoot, and monitor the company’s network infrastructure, such as firewalls, switches, hubs, and other network hardware
  • configure, install, and maintain network hardware and software according to the company’s standards
  • assist with the setup, testing and troubleshooting of network-related hardware and software
  • install and configure wireless access points and configure related settings according to company standards
  • monitor and analyze network performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements
  • assist with the development and implementation of network security policies and procedures
  • assist with the development and implementation of backup and recovery plans
