Responsibility

  • ensure the bar is stocked with supplies for the shift
  • to liaise with the Bookings Manager to ensure the bar is open when required for both members and outside functions
  • solve problems that arise during the shift
  • maintain a safe work environment
  • maintain a clean bar
  • to maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness in the cellar and bar to include pipes, bar area, glasses, shelves and glass washing area
  • to assist the Committee in arranging Social evenings at the club To ensure the bar is adequately staffed to meet the needs of the function
