Responsibility
- recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment checks, drafting offer letters and contracts, inductions
- with the support of the HR Director or Consultant, management of ER caseload
- recording and management of sickness and annual leave
- first point of contact for all HR related queries, responding to general HR queries and escalating more complex matter to the Consultant or Director
- undertake HR Audits ensuring clients adhere to their legal obligations at all times
Requirements
- experience working within HR preferably at HR Advisor level
- self-starter who is able to work autonomously with little instruction
- organised
- attention to detail
- human resources: 1 year
