• demonstrable leadership and management experience gained in previous employment
• evidence of successful innovation/managing change
• evidence of financial understanding

• experience of overseeing the full range of staff management and HR processes
• excellent decision-making and problem solving including evidence of having dealt successfully with a range of challenges
• A hunger to build a business where the candidate will have the opportunity to acquire equity
• previous experience in a design for print, marketing or print environment would be advantageous, but not essential
