- assist in client meetings and support with proposals, showcasing our agency's expertise and value proposition
- stay current and up-to-date with the latest and relevant digital marketing trends, analytics tools, and industry best practices
- utilise tools like GA4, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs etc. to derive insights from campaign data, working with the rest of the Digital team to make informed decisions to optimise performance
- cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their goals are met and expectations exceeded. Oversee the delivery of regular performance reports and insights
