Requirements
- ➢ At least 6-8 year’s experience in a similar role. Relevant qualifications advantageous
- ➢ Industry experience in the construction, fit out, joinery sectors, including working both on new build and residential conversion developments
- ➢ Beneficial but not essential, experience or knowledge of CostX or any other measuring software to building BOQ’s
- ➢ Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, organisational and time management and IT skills
- ➢ Be outgoing, efficient and enthusiastic, hardworking and very much a team player
- ➢ The ability to work on your own initiative, learn quickly and have the passion for the role you undertake
- estimating surveying: 6 years
Responsibility
- ➢ Providing sub-contractor tender packs to contractual standards
- ➢ Pricing of preliminaries including method related options/solutions
- ➢ Liaising with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers at all levels to ensure projects are efficiently costed and managed
