Responsibility
- site Service Delivery Analyst
- thus we have dedicated site support for our sites for their IT issues
- this includes diagnosing and maintaining equipment remotely to ensure optimal performance
- provide IT support to Sites via Helpdesk
- liaise with 3rd party, outsourced suppliers for call resolution
- the person will also identify and troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion to stop estate wide issues
- develop trends by monitoring and analysing incoming calls, problems and support requests
- review and update Triage and Engineer notes
Requirements
- software and Hardware Troubleshooting
- working knowledge of AD, Exchange 2010 and remote control tools
- self-confidence and interpersonal skills
- analytical and problem-solving skills
- working Knowledge of ITIL standard
