Responsibility

  • the Stonebridge business was established in 2017
  • stonebridge is expanding and in need of an Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to join the growing team
  • based in our Chalfont St
  • peter office and working directly with the senior team, you will have a great opportunity to add value from the outset with huge potential to grow both the role and your future career
  • there are two companies within the group: Stonebridge Contracting, an outsourced service provider specialising in logistical and project management services to the construction and rail sectors, and Stonebridge Payment Solutions, our umbrella company
  • order and maintain office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • develop and maintain a filing system
  • arrange onboarding and internal training for new starters

Requirements

  • experience in taking minutes of meetings
  • excellent organisation skills, able to multi-task
  • ability to apply own initiative, not wait for tasks to be given
  • excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • understand and observe the confidential nature of the role
  • use initiative to problem solve
  • ability to work to deadlines
  • ability to cope under pressure
