stonebridge is expanding and in need of an Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to join the growing team
based in our Chalfont St
peter office and working directly with the senior team, you will have a great opportunity to add value from the outset with huge potential to grow both the role and your future career
there are two companies within the group: Stonebridge Contracting, an outsourced service provider specialising in logistical and project management services to the construction and rail sectors, and Stonebridge Payment Solutions, our umbrella company
order and maintain office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
develop and maintain a filing system
arrange onboarding and internal training for new starters
Requirements
experience in taking minutes of meetings
excellent organisation skills, able to multi-task
ability to apply own initiative, not wait for tasks to be given
excellent spoken and written communication skills
understand and observe the confidential nature of the role
use initiative to problem solve
ability to work to deadlines
ability to cope under pressure
