Responsibility

  • ensure that maintenance equipment is in good working order and that all maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner
  • schedule regular maintenance sessions to keep facilities fully operational
  • maintain a clean and orderly Department
  • responsibility for weekly Health & Safety inspections and compliance
  • perform equipment inspections, routine maintenance, and preventative maintenance as directed by the general manager or group operations manager
  • ensure that facility equipment is in good working order and that all maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner
  • coordinate daily operations with other departments as needed to keep facilities running smoothly
  • other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Group Operations Manager

Requirements

  • working knowledge of tools and equipment needed for job completion
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills with customer service based focus
  • ability to problem solve quickly & efficiently under pressure
  • maintenance: 3 years
  • knowledge of general maintenance procedures and methods preferred but not required; ability to learn new methods from written instructions provided or from other individuals with experience
