Responsibility

  • we now have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Sommelier
  • in order to apply for this position you must
  • you will need to be able to work flexibly on a Straight Five day working Wednesday to Sunday with Monday and Tuesdays off unless private functions required, which will include Public Holidays and weekends
  • support the Management in the day to day management of the restaurant, taking full responsibility for the Drinks menu and be Proactive management of a large team, leading by example to deliver the outstanding customer service which has come to be expected by the brand,Local level marketing to promote the brand and the restaurant and to increase top line sales
