sales office administrator

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • taking phone calls and dealing with queries over the phone and on email from UK and overseas distributors and customers
  • processing Parts and Wholegoods Sales orders and tracking them through from production to invoicing
  • organising Transport
  • dealing with shipping and local transport companies
  • liaising with customers in the UK and abroad via phone and email
  • producing commercial invoices and any export paperwork required
  • dealing with Returns and Credits efficiently and precisely
  • general administration for Sales office staff

Requirements

  • accuracy and attention to detail
  • SAGE or other software experience
  • A professional and helpful attitude
  • strong organisational skills
  • good communication skills; articulate and able to communicate well with customers and colleagues
  • agricultural Knowledge desirable but not essential
