there may also be other ad hoc tasks such as cleaning the vehicles or helping around the body shop
the job role would include collecting and delivering customers vehicles to and from our garage and filling in basic paperwork with the customer
this will often include having to take public transport to go and collect the vehicles from the customer or deliver it back to them

Responsibility
answering telephone and dealing with reception walk ins
respond to the main enquiry email address
booking clients in for estimates, and repairs to be carried out
keeping clients updated with repair progress
ensuring payments are taken where applicable and logged on bespoke database
liaising with various different insurance companies regarding customer repairs
arranging with customers collection and delivery of their vehicle at mutually beneficial times. Allocation of correct type of courtesy car and ensuring correct paperwork is completed
