Responsibility

  • our services cover pre-planned maintenance, reactive services, property re-fits large or small & turnkey projects
  • we work within an open-plan office, with a relaxed but focussed environment
  • sterling FMS delivers hard & soft property services nationwide. We work with a range of restaurant groups, high-profile chains, food production factories, retail & other commercial sectors
  • due to our exciting growth, we are looking for a part-time bookkeeper who can assist the business in this busy period and moving forward
  • this role requires some office-based work at our head office in Knaresborough, working alongside the Commercial Director at her private home office near Boroughbridge & remote home-working is also an option here
  • VAT Returns prepare and submit to HMRC
  • liase with suppliers to chase missing invoices and/or resolve disputes
