- maintenance Manager required to work at Care Home in Paisley
- we have experience of more than 20 years in the care of elderly people
- we are looking for a team player who has a genuine passion for the role advertised
- nightingale House is a 41 bed care home for older people in the heart of Paisley that is over two buildings, a beautiful sandstone C-Listed building and a modern extension
- carrying out and documenting Fire Safety checks
- carrying out and documenting Health and Safety checks
- addressing maintenance issues as they arise
Requirements
- having a trade skill i.e. joinery, plumbing, electrical, etc. is a preference
- extensive experience in dealing with daily maintenance and DIY is essential
- must enjoy decorating and day to day maintenance of buildings
- self-motivated
- ability to prioritise and plan tasks
- full driving licence
- maintenance: 3 years
- maintenance: 1 year
