Responsibility

  • to deputise for the Manager in times of absence
  • promote friendly, efficient and effective relationships with all customers and team members
  • monitor daily operations by supervising and assisting according to demand to maintain appropriate levels of customer service
  • ensure correct operating procedures are followed and company standards are met
  • ensure daily reporting and banking procedures are followed
  • be aware of the house P&L and actions required to achieve budget
  • carry out regular till and stock checks
  • performance-manage or discipline staff when needed
