Responsibility

• to assist with any maintenance requirements for other departments within the organisation
• to ensure properties meet all regulatory requirements in terms of Gas, Electrical, Fire, water safety and all servicing requirements are kept up to date
• to carry out minor repairs where necessary and allowable under law

• conducting surveys of new properties onboarded and report on any works to be carried out with estimated budgets required

Requirements

• experience of working in a similar environment looking after multiple properties
• experience of carrying out general repairs and maintenance to property including redecorating
• be flexible and approachable

• excellent organisational skills with ability to manage time effectively
• have good communication skills and the ability to prioritise workload
• someone who can add value to the business and is commercially astute
• someone who thinks outside the box and contributes with new ideas
