- experience of carrying out general repairs and maintenance to property including redecorating

- someone who thinks outside the box and contributes with new ideas
- maintenance: 2 years
Responsibility
- to assist with any maintenance requirements for other departments within the organisation
- to ensure properties meet all regulatory requirements in terms of Gas, Electrical, Fire, water safety and all servicing requirements are kept up to date
- to carry out minor repairs where necessary and allowable under law
- to order tools, building materials and equipment
- conducting surveys of new properties onboarded and report on any works to be carried out with estimated budgets required
