experience of carrying out general repairs and maintenance to property including redecorating

someone who thinks outside the box and contributes with new ideas
maintenance: 2 years
Responsibility
to assist with any maintenance requirements for other departments within the organisation
to ensure properties meet all regulatory requirements in terms of Gas, Electrical, Fire, water safety and all servicing requirements are kept up to date
to carry out minor repairs where necessary and allowable under law
to order tools, building materials and equipment
conducting surveys of new properties onboarded and report on any works to be carried out with estimated budgets required
