Responsibility
support L&D colleagues with all training programme-related administration e.g. scheduling, room or Zoom bookings, catering, equipment, calendar invitations, reminders, logging attendance
meet with new external trainers in advance to provide technology demonstrations
overall responsibility for team diary including scheduling team meetings and 121s and organising social events
implementing the firm's people and talent strategy
recruitment of partners and employees, including future talent recruitment
travel management including e.g. travel itineraries, flight and hotel bookings, preparing travel packs
talent and career management
working as part of a cohesive and high energy L&D team of 7 , this stimulating and variety-filled role will make a key contribution to the team's delivery of an impactful and highly regarded L&D curriculum to the global firm
Requirements
excellent administrative, organisational, planning and coordination skills able to prioritise, respond and adapt proactively to changing deadlines and demand
good verbal and written communication skills articulate and able to communicate with all levels including partners and other senior stakeholders
proactive, energetic and can-do in approach
excellent relationship building / interpersonal skills
strong eye for detail
able to manage and complete multiple tasks- on behalf of others and on own account
take full ownership of all tasks until completion, proactively following-up and providing regular updates
adaptable and amendable to changing deadlines and demands from multiple work givers
