Responsibility

• the successful applicant will be a well-presented, articulate individual with a confident telephone manner
• duties will include handling telephone enquiries, preparing and distributing quotations, answering/redirecting incoming calls, maintaining CRM data and other ad hoc duties
• once settled into the office the individual would be expected to develop, with responsibilities broadening in variety and importance

• steon Ltd are seeking to recruit a versatile individual to fulfil a position which borrows from the disciplines of purchasing, logistics, operations and administration
• A good standard of general education
• some examples may include scheduling and managing dispatches to customers, assisting with the operations of product manufacture, product procurement and monitoring of fast moving stock to ensure continuity of supply
• effective organisation skills and punctual timekeeping
• ability to communicate proficiently with good interpersonal skills
