forecast, develop and execute territory strategies to exceed the revenue target for the UK & Ireland
as a member of the Regional Sales Management team, you will use your scientific knowledge and interpersonal skills to drive great science by supporting your team of direct reports in advising our academic, industrial, and diagnostic partners to progress their research forward
you’ll assist your team in developing territory and region specific strategies to consistently exceed revenue targets while also managing existing accounts and relationships in your region
assess and evaluate training and development needs of direct reports as well as recruit, hire, train and mentor new employees
lead, manage, coach, develop, and evaluate direct reports through regular one-on-one and team meetings and by regularly accompanying individual team members on sales calls
the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for Sales Rep performance evaluation through the monitoring of established Sales KPIs, and through regular 1-on-1 meetings and quarterly/yearly performance evaluations
