  • bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio of client
  • preparing quarterly and annual VAT returns through
  • quickBooks/SAGE
  • bank reconciliations
  • raising sales invoices and preparing/reviewing payments

Responsibility

  • looking after quarterly VAT returns making sure everything is correct and duly submitted on time
  • raising and issuing sales invoices to the clients and following up and chasing clients if necessary
  • making sure that ledgers are up to date on a weekly basis
