Responsibility
- manage the day to day production planning and throughput in accordance with stock loading and customer specific contract driven demands
- oversee and manage the production process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standardsto optimize production processes
- identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce waste
- manage stock control and directly engage suppliers on delivery and quality issues
- manage a small team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
- proven experience in electronic and mechanical product operations management
- proven experience in establishing manufacturing processes - taking products from R&D into full rate production
- knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on metrics
- knowledge of supply chain management and logistics
- mechanical knowledge is preferred but not required
- production scheduling: 3 years
