Responsibility

  • be the first point of call and business account manager for our largest clients who are predominantly Tier 1 banks/asset managers
  • develop and execute long-term account strategies across our Enterprise customers to grow SteelEye usage and to retain high customer satisfaction
  • developing new relationships, navigating the entire organization and identifying new opportunities for SteelEye solutions sales
  • manage contract renewals and lead commercial negotiations for expansions
  • accurately forecast and deliver consistently against monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
  • drive customer feedback into our Product team to help prioritize the road map for our best customers' needs
  • ensure Customer Success and Support teams are maintaining high standards of care and engagement for enterprise customers
  • create lasting relationships and be a trusted business advisor to customers' teams for all things SteelEye, including Project Managers, Heads of Compliance, Technology, Operations, Finance and Procurement

Requirements

  • strong desire to learn about the SteelEye platform and ability to sell into our accounts with credibility
  • ability to exceed customer expectations through responsiveness and insightful handling of customer challenges
  • strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills across financial institutions
  • ability to navigate within large financial institutions to identify key decision makers and stakeholders
  • additional Information
  • experience in a Sales, Consulting, or Business Development in a technical environment within the Financial Services sector ideally with Tier 1 institutions

  • our customers are often C-Suite Compliance Officer, Product Managers, Developers, Project Managers and Heads of Trading professionals. You must love taking a consultative approach with many different personas
