be the first point of call and business account manager for our largest clients who are predominantly Tier 1 banks/asset managers
develop and execute long-term account strategies across our Enterprise customers to grow SteelEye usage and to retain high customer satisfaction
developing new relationships, navigating the entire organization and identifying new opportunities for SteelEye solutions sales
manage contract renewals and lead commercial negotiations for expansions
accurately forecast and deliver consistently against monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
drive customer feedback into our Product team to help prioritize the road map for our best customers' needs
ensure Customer Success and Support teams are maintaining high standards of care and engagement for enterprise customers
create lasting relationships and be a trusted business advisor to customers' teams for all things SteelEye, including Project Managers, Heads of Compliance, Technology, Operations, Finance and Procurement
Requirements
strong desire to learn about the SteelEye platform and ability to sell into our accounts with credibility
ability to exceed customer expectations through responsiveness and insightful handling of customer challenges
strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills across financial institutions
ability to navigate within large financial institutions to identify key decision makers and stakeholders
additional Information
experience in a Sales, Consulting, or Business Development in a technical environment within the Financial Services sector ideally with Tier 1 institutions
