Requirements
- part-qualified in ACCA, CIMA, or ACA
- relevant bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- solid understanding of financial and management accounting principles
- experience in preparing financial reports and reconciliations
- ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Responsibility
- maintain and improve internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies
- prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
- monitor financial performance against budgets and highlight trends or areas of concern
- assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders
- assist in the preparation of budgets and periodic forecasts
- process accruals, prepayments, and journal entries
- identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency of financial operations
- assist with year-end audits and liaise with external auditors as required
