- the restaurant serves 2000 guests per week, all from a stunning open pass so the guest can watch the chefs showcase their skills
- you will be working alongside the Head chef and other senior chefs, leading a kitchen brigade of up to 12 ensuring the kitchen maintains its high standards and service
