manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels
monitor food quality and ensure that dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards
handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
Requirements
previous experience in a kitchen management role
strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
excellent leadership and communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
