Responsibility
- you will contribute to safety audits and SIO generation , creating a culture of ‘safety first.’
- the ability to work and learn within a small team
- excellent attention to detail
- good communication skills – both verbal and written
- A genuine interest in the role and the environment/industry
- ensure full compliance of Health and Safety procedures including SOP adherence, PPE and Workwear and contributing to incident investigations as required
- the ability to read and understand circuit diagrams
- you will report any safety issues promptly, reinforce policies to others where needed and reminding them of their right to stop work
Requirements
- A/AS level or equivalent or higher in electronics
- previous experience of a ‘SAFETY FIRST’ culture
- previous experience of a ‘Quality culture of ‘RIGHT FIRST TIME’
- previous experience of working in a manufacturing or development environment
- previous experience of working flexibly, conducting basic problem solving or training others
- experience of working with a SQDCIP production management system is desirable
- good computer skills desirable and experience of basic business software advantageous
