Responsibility
- direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic on site to ensure safety and efficiency
- implement and monitor traffic management plans in accordance with site requirements
- assist in the installation and maintenance of signage and barriers related to traffic control
- conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- communicate effectively with site workers, drivers, and members of the public
- report any incidents, hazards, or breaches of safety protocols to management promptly
Requirements
- valid CPCS Blue Traffic Marshal card
- previous experience as a Traffic Marshall on construction sites is required
- strong knowledge of traffic management regulations and safety protocols
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations
- must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various conditions
- proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
