  • statham Property Services is looking for a motivated and energetic person to join our team
  • perform routine maintenance work on exterior of homes
  • we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a great attitude, and is willing to learn
  • perform routine maintenance work on property
  • diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other needed repairs
  • we are looking for someone with or without their own tools and van
  • install new fixtures in bathrooms and kitchens
  • clean and organize work spaces

Requirements

  • knowledge of basic plumbing fixes
  • knowledge of electrical repairs
  • knowledge of basic carpentry
  • experience of using hand and power tools
