Requirements
- experience in a Product Design role for a FinTech or Software Startup / Scaleup
- lots of examples of designing great experiences for customers, in particular we’re looking for experience in mobile design
- experience and expertise with relevant design tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision
- familiar with mobile human interface guidelines
- being comfortable operating outside of your comfort zone and dealing with ambiguity
- we’d love to see the examples from your portfolio that you’re most proud of, and especially how you resolved all of the difficult design questions that came up
- experience balancing solving complex problems with fast tactical changes. You will need to be good at knowing where our time can be spent most effectively
