to ensure that all dishes reach the Pass correctly garnished the correct portion and size, presented on the prescribed serving dish in the prescribed manner
to attend training courses as and when required and ensure that all your team also attend
ensure all Company Standards are always adhered to in all departments
to carry out any reasonable requests made by a member of the management team
to ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe, and to the correct quantity
to ensure that all equipment is clean and in good working order
