- starboard Personnel Ltd are recruiting of behalf of our long standing client based in Sheffield. Our client is well established and are a specialist within Financial Services
- due to a heavy workload our is now looking to recruit several customer service advisors to work Monday to Friday our client will also consider part time hours 30 hours over 5 days is the minimum requirement
- as a customer service advisor, you will deal with incoming and outgoing calls from new and existing customers, dealing with payment plans, payment queries and assessing customers circumstances, updating our clients CRM system & general administration
- our client is looking for individuals with previous customer service experience, administration skills and able to communicate with people at all levels. Candidates must be reliable, punctual & committed
