Requirements

  • you should be ready to take on a standalone role, preferably with experience in a manufacturing environment. Ideally, you will have a minimum Level 5 CIPD qualification and be a self-motivated self-starter
  • you will have experience in challenging ideas and being able to provide information on best practice. Possessing excellent IT Skills and numerate, you will be an effective communicator with people at all levels of the business

Responsibility

  • monitor employee retention, provide feedback to the Directors and recommend methods for improving retention
  • produce relevant HR KPI reports monthly, with weekly HR updates to Exec Team
  • keep company policies and procedures up to date in conjunction with external consultants
  • arrange employee training
