Responsibility
- undertake the Secretary’s duties and responsibilities as detailed in the Society’s Rules
- to co-ordinate the Annual General Meeting and prepare the relevant literature
- act as Returning Officer for the Society’s elections
- provide interpretation and guidance for compliance to the Society’s Rules
- to ensure the Society meets its statutory governance obligations
- to provide guidance, development and support for the Board in fulfilling Director responsibilities and legal duties
- to provide an effective and comprehensive Secretarial service to the Board and all Board subcommittees, including Audit & Risk, Remuneration, Membership, Succession Planning in addition to the Members’ Council
- to provide analytics to support the business
